Formosa HaTinh Steel Plant Loading Belt Conveyor in Vietnam
In 1994, we provided Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Group with 2500 m3 blast furnace loading Belt Conveyor. It was successfully installed and ignited. This system was required of continuous running for every 24 hours and forced lubrication for the reducer. The reducer starttd with the whole system by interlock, which meant that the whole Conveyor system could not start if reducer's lubrication condition was improper or the oil temperature was wrong. That was difficult and required for very high technical level. This blast furnace loading system was developed and manufactured all by Creation and was rewarded as “The Best of China" by the State Council Development Research Center.
