The values for the tension occurring on the various segments of the belt are exactly determined by means of the conveyor belt calculation program. On the basis of these values, it is possible to figure out in advance the appropriate angle of inclination for the idler brackets and the tilt of the idlers in all the various curves. This ensures reliable guidance in the curves.
Our large capacity, long distance belt conveyor is widely used in ports,terminals, power plants, steel mills, cement factories and other industries, the whole one belt conveyor conveying length up to several kilometers or even more than tens of kilometers. Belt width from 500 mm to 2600 mm in accordance with the requirements, and we also provide the overall system design, manufacture and installation.
